ptk cluster demote
ptk cluster demote demotes a database role from primary to standby, or from standby to cascade standby.
Syntax
ptk cluster demote [flags]Example
ptk cluster -n <CLUSTER_NAME> demote -H <IP>
ptk cluster -n <CLUSTER_NAME> demote -i <ID>
# If the specified instance was originally a standby node, it will become a cascaded standby node when it is demoted.
# You must also specify the IP of the upstream standby node with the '--upstream' parameter.
